National Health Care System

Here is how we can accomplish successful Universal Healthcare in the United States through the National Health Care System:

1.  Under my administration, there will be a fully reconstructed Department of Health.

2.  Within the Department of Health, there will be numerous agencies from state and local partners to manage health in every state, district, and territory in our union.

3.  The Center for Disease Control (CDC), shall be reconstructed and named one of 3 major health departments under the DOH, to secure the quality of information from proven science and data to give to the public, which shows the most benefit to our nation and citizen's overall health, and shall assist states, territories, districts, in the United States with health care needs of our citizens. 

4.  We, the People vote on entry salaries for certain medical positions (e.g. - physicians, nurses (RN), and hospital board members that we are willing to pay for their operation. We can also utilize clinic and hospital membership options. 

5.  A major area of concern is prescription access and cost. Prescription costs are included in health care, so there would be no out of pocket costs. As for access, it is important for pharmacies to have multiple paths to obtain medications without much interference or delay. My administration will make sure we have secure paths for medication access. 

6.  To fill staffing vacancies on a temporary basis, we can use staffing mobile and web apps to help fill those positions in a local, state, and federal levels. The payments are already set up through these apps so all we would have to do is make sure to submit payment for services. 

7. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), shall be 1 of the 3 major DOH agencies. 

8.  There will also be a Department of Medicine. This department will oversee our citizens health a variety of ways. These include but are not limited to: oversight of payments to hospitals, clinics, and other care facilities, of medical personnel (when necessary), collecting health data for the CDC, and providing accurate information to the public. 

9. The DOH is how hospitals, clinics, and others around the country will receive their funding. 

10. About physicans, physician's assistants, and nurse practitioners: Medical staff at public health facilities should not be overwhelmed with patients. Physicians and medical staff should only accept as many patients as they feel they can handle. 

11. To give our national health a boost: natural and holistic medicine will be included in coverage.

There are many ways to improve the health of our nation through many of the options I propose. These suggestions combined with climate clean-up measures and some regulation adjustments, will greatly improve the health of our nation.
