Well, I have known that formula for a long time, and I am not the only one. Making our economy work is not an easy task, but we can do it. See, President Bill Clinton said "everything has to be paid for." We already have a certain amount of taxes that we have to collect like Social Security, Medicare, and FICA. By directing certain taxes and payments to certain areas, we are ensuring that our essential, basic needs are provided for, while bringing the United States out of debt with other nations, and the world bank.
